Howard Cohen was also selected for inclusion in 2008 and 2009 New York Super Lawyers, and is a Director of Headway of WNY, an organization advocating for the needs of those with brain injuries. David Elibol serves on the Board of Director of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, formerly served as a member of the New York State Bar Association Committee on the Civil Practice Law and Rules, and is often asked to educate other lawyers at continuing legal education seminars. Harry Forrest serves on the Board of Directors of the Parkinson’s Association of Western New York, and was the 2004 recipient of the Pro Bono Service Award presented by the United States District Court for the Western District of New York. He is also actively involved with the American Academy of Medical Legal Professionals.
